To fill a niche.  I would guess these goats might be looking for a barber.

I realize they're not sheep.  Nevertheless, I think any barber they might find would be prudent not to pull out a jar of Mitchell's Wool Fat.  

Goat is delicious. Just sayin'.

Perhaps these goats came to town scavenging for scarce supplies-- like toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
