This is for those who use fingernail polish.

Does this polish in clear make the finger nails stronger.

I got an answer to my question.

Yes, a person's finger nails can be made stronger by means of clear fingernail polish. 'Hard as Nails' is the name of the best polish for this.

My friends R. an M. gave me the answer.

I thought that my question was too darn feminine,

A lot of guitarists use a type of polish that hardens nails. Hard as Nails by Sally Hansen is a popular choice. I'm not sure that regular polish makes a big difference. I use the fleshy part of my fingers so I don't have any personal experience.

I had never thought about doing that when I play guitar. Those steel strings can be quite challenging on my thumb nail when I play. Big Grin

It is my belief that the nails will be made stronger by means of the extra food that is in Chicken. It should be as good, if not better, than Knox gelatin.

I remember buying some "Hard As Nails" for my guitar fretting hand.
I kept forgetting to reapply it so I can't really vouch for it.
