I am a big fan of C&E shaving soaps. The Nomad, Sandalwood and Sienna scents. In fact these were my favorite soaps of all time. They never got any love on the forums. Though I think celestino was a fan.

In 2014 they reformuated and and renamed the Nomad to Morrocan Myrrh and Sandalwood to Indian Sandalwood. They discontinued Sienna. The new soap did not smell like Nomad though C&E claimed it was the same scent. Worse than that the soap just performed terribly.

My ever resourceful wife went on a mission and was able to locally purchase 9 soaps.

I have not used a C&E soap in a few years.
I realized that at my age saving them was not the best plan   Actually my wife asked why I was saving them.  Big Grin Telling me I wasn't  getting any younger.

So I pulled them out to check the stock. Then I opened and used  puck of Nomad. Ahhh. Wonderful scent. Outstanding lather. Great shave. Ahhhh.... life is good.

Sorry, Phil. That wasn't I who liked these soaps. Actually, the scent is a bit overwhelming, for me, so that is why I started using Mike's and Mystic Water, early on.
Have fun using them up. Smile

I am a big fan. I have a lot of them. Probably at least 8-10x each of Mysore Sandalwood, Sweet Almond Oil, Nomad, and Sienna.

Yes, I have sold a few, since my shaving days left are diminishing and I don't need many backups. But I used a Sienna this morning, and it was excellent.

Man, you guys that have stock of the good formula are so lucky!

I sold my huge stash off years ago and regret it so much!
