Same experience. Was told next in line once he caught up then ignored as others fulfilled.
To anyone else that has messaged me with no response, my apologies for missing them. I try my best to reply to everyone but sometimes I miss the occasional one and it’s never intentional.
But to address most of the emails in one place, my custom waitlist (and knotting services) is still closed while I work through my existing backlog. Once I get caught up on all existing orders I will be sure to make an announcement on my Facebook and Instagram pages what the next steps are. I will take stock of my current supply of hair and I will either open up some more customs or I will just do a drop to kill off the batch depending on how much hair remains.

That means you were one of the last on my list so I wouldn’t expect to have gotten to you yet. Real world things take priority over shop time so wait times are long. That’s also one reason I don’t take payment up front so it’s not like I was holding onto to your money. If you’d like me to remove you from the list just shoot me an email and let me know. First of all, I am an emergency responder and deal with the “The real world” each and every day. When people are are running out, I am running in.
No denying, We all have our priorities, personal or otherwise. I am glad an upfront payment wasn’t required and I can understand the reason why. And since time is important to both of us,, please remove me from your list. I already have enough high quality brushes to keep me happy!
