That's a shame. Your like the one and only person I've ever heard of having a bad experience with Maggard.

I’ve actually experienced one and also witnessed another very minor incident with Maggard Razors. But I realize that it’s not easy running an operation like theirs, nor is customer service always a walk in the park, so I’ll just leave it at that. They are a valuable part of this community/hobby of ours.

Maybe it's just me out of all the razors and supplies I have bought. I have only had issues with Maggard and Italian barber. My to go seller is shave revolution.

Guess at my standards of customer service is different working for a optical company run by 3 brothers. I think it Should have been handled like this--;;;;Sorry, I have attached a return label for return. Will provide full refund, since it seems my stock has the same cutter chatter mark. I'm unable to exchange the razor.

I would have been ok and bought from the other vender. This let me contact the manufacturer is upsetting. If You come in and your nose pad or temple breaks on your eyeglasses. Let me tell you I will contact the manufacturer for replacement. Hell no if I can't replace the frame I'm going to give you your money back.

Love the shave of the mongoose II. Seems the head angle gives me the perfect guide for a perfect shave. Used the feather pro super no nicks of weepers. Don't know what to say I had a perfect two pass shave. I will be selling my ATT SE1 head, can't send it back for refund due to I polished it.

I have seen examples of your polish work in the past and you should have no trouble moving your ATT!

When I first got my Mongoose razors, I didn’t think that much about the angles, but just recently with my AlumiGoose 2 I have begun to notice how that head angle must have been very carefully planned. It reminds me of Gem razors — first lay the angled surface against your skin, then lift the back of it slightly before starting the pass, and the results should be quite nice, indeed.
