May 4 - Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli EdT and Colonia Balsamica

Thanks to everyone who made the Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli EdT release so successful. I was surprised that the first batch ran out; that has never happened. However, I had started a second batch and it will be back in stock on Thursday. Thanks, everyone!

I’m not surprised at all that it sold out.  The scent is amazing and even the packaging is great.  Shawn, while the scent is a bit different than the aftershave, to my nose at least, you already had a hit with the aftershave so the EdT was just a logical progression.  While the aftershave and eau de toilette work well together, there is something about the EdT that I like even more.  Busch Stadium has never seen the like.  (That last was just an inside joke, folks.)

Surprised? Not at all... Y/R/P is probably your highest, generally rated scent (at least according to Reddit). Personally, I think it's amazing - and the EdT even more so!

I just checked into a hotel about half an hour ago. The young lady checking me in looked up from her computer and said, “Are you wearing patchouli?” I said, “Yes, actually a blend of Yuzu, Rose and Patchouli.” She said, “It smells magnificent!”

I was wearing the aftershave, about six hours after splashing it on this morning...

Y/R/P soap and AS on their way. Looking forward to trying DG soap base and this scent!!

Hi Shawn, I picked up your Colonia Balsamica EDT recently and I'm really enjoying it. I'm still waiting on a restock of the YRP EDT at Top of the Chain and I'm thinking I'll like that one too. I'm pleasantly surprised at how different the EDT/Ps are compared to their aftershave/toner namesakes.

Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying it! It is funny how much more comes out when you smell it in a higher concentration. Definitely makes the good parts stand out, but also the imperfections, which is definitely why scents like Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli need a bit extra work before. On the other hand, Colonia Balsamica is the exact same formula as the aftershave scent, but you definitely get a better idea of it in EdT form.

Also, more Y/R/P EdT is on the way to Top of the Chain as we speak!
