A man can't have too many friends, afs, edts, or razors/brushes. I would also include cars, guns, and knives.

I am thinking of starting a thread where everybody confesses about how many years of shaving stuff we estimate that we have.  It would be like a group  confession with absolution offered.  People could just give a number of months/years or go into detail with a full inventory of their addiction.  We could all start off by saying. "I have no power over wet shaving supplies".......

Just came in today. Unfortunately, the SS Le Faulx is missing an optional base plate that I added to my order, a ++ plate. I already sent Augustin an email and hope to have that base plate issue resolved in no time. The handle was slightly modified (per my request) to give the Le Faulx better balance & feel with a smidge more weight bias towards the head.

The Vestige is in Brass and it is a looker. But, I think I should have asked Augustin to hollow out the handle on here as well (I went with an optional handle for the Vestige as the standard one did not appeal to me) as the head assembly is extremely light and that handle is a behemoth in weight. But, I’ll give it a go and if I have to swap out the handle for another brass one, so be it.

Looking forward to giving these units a thorough shave run. I know what to expect with the Le Faulx as I sampled the Classic base plate option. The + plate should do very nicely for me….

Bwwwaaaaahaaahaaaaaa..........I am so ashamed.....

I bought the Avon Wild Country Aftershave.

They offered me an additional 10% off  and free shipping so it only cost about  $9.00.    I am told that it is very similar to Pinaud Clubman but even more powdery.

I have plenty of Clubman so I don't need it.

I gave in.

Well, the bottle looks good, right?

To actually realize the estimation of how long it will take for me to use my soap inventory. . I need to start using some in the shower.

Don't get me wrong. I think you should be TOTALLY ashamed of how many brushes you have. You should reduce your count drastically by way of the BST ! (Dave runs and waits at the BST Thread)
