Just a couple of items... I went to a local supermarket and noticed that they are now selling Proraso stuff.
A green ASB fell in the shopping bag...

And a L'Occitane Plisson brush, that a friend bought at a L'Occitane outlet shop and sent to me. Apparently, they were selling the last of them at nearly half the price.

That's a nice haul, oversaturn. I really like my Plisson pour L'Occitane synthetic and will look forward to your thoughts about it.

A friend sent me 6.8 fluid ounces of Montez Renault No. 5 Shaving cream in the mail.

And I shaved with some of this and a Treet Dura Sharp DE blade.

I didn't use enough shave cream, but I reckon I'll learn how to use it.

A couple of parcels arrived, this morning.

Two pucks of NOS vintage tallow Aramis JHL shaving soap. Again, I must express my gratitude to Peter (NeoXerxes) for his assistance in acquiring these soaps, as there was no international shipping. Thank you, my friend, for all your help.

Secondly, a NOS Yardley Black Label shaving soap.

I arrived at my parents house in California and opened up the packages that were waiting for me. It was like Christmas morning!
I'm like a giddy schoolboy! I don't know what toy to play with first.

a damn fine  acquisition, just came in , a completely (as if it was made yesterday) Gillette Fatboy, really exquisit work, congrats to the "restorer master", he did a really great job !

Just got 3 packages in 1 shot today it's like Christmas in May, except for the super speed it's being PIFd to a friend that wants to try wet shaving. I think 1 Fatboy is going to be sent off for a new plating.
