Without a doubt, this is my favorite scent of the cabin series.  Last night I also had a first with this soap, I finally picked up the cardamon note.  I had gotten a little bit of soap on my fingers so I just rubbed it into the back of my hand. There it was, cardamon and weirdly only cardamon.  No cedar, evergreen or anything else just cardamon.  But boy when you get to lathering your face, the combination of scents had me wanting to continue with multiple extra passes just for the scent of the lather.

Cardamom is definitely lighter so I'm glad it came through!

Shaved with Winter Cabin today. We got a dump of snow a couple of days ago so it’s time. A very nice soap

Scent Notes: Douglas Fir, Fir Balsam, Black Pine, Bergamot, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Leather, Musk, Oud, Cedarwood

The scents from the Pine family really smelled just like the trees and musk and oud gave off cozy, warm scents followed by leather which was as if I wore an armour made of leather for the winter.

So woody, warm and cozy.  Pleasing to my sense of olfactory.
