Yesterday I noticed that your logo that appears in the upper right side of the homepage and rotated among other merchants, looked slightly different. I wondered if you were rebranding and clicked on it. It took me to one of those websites that lists a bunch of other similar websites, in this case all relating to actual handlebars for motorcycles. It said that the subject website had been purchased. It was odd so I asked you if you’d changed things. Maybe it was a temporary glitch but you should check with n@"andrewjs18"

this does not happen to me when I click on your ad banner (I always click on them immediately after adding them to the site to check on it) whatsoever. same for your signature. as discussed on facebook yesterday though, when clicking on your signature in tapatalk, it does add /defaultsite to the end of it. I'm not sure what that is about and would likely chalk it up to a tapatalk bug...

Marko, I'm thinking it's an issue with your browser/computer or DNS cache. did you try it on a different computer or browser?

if you click Gareth's banner at the top of the site and the link in his signature, does it properly take you to his site without any issues?

Yes. No issues. And it shows as secure.

Ok. That’s strange because it does the same thing when I click the link from my phone. I wonder if it’s the ISP up here.  I’m glad it’s not a general problem.

Update - strange, if I either click on the banner ad or type thehandlebarsupply.com into the browser window I get the motorcycle page but if I search "the handlebar supply shaving". I get a selection of links that if I click on take me to the right shaving vendor website. And I can't quite understand how two people can click the same banner ad and wind up at different websites.

In any case it seems to be a problem limited to me so there's that.

I almost wonder if your ISP has an old DNS cache. I'd strongly recommend using one of these to fully replace your ISP's DNS:
https://1.1.1.1/dns/
https://www.quad9.net/
https://www.opendns.com/
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
