Me personally, I have only heard the name before... I don't think I have ever been to your site.

Seeing your post, I decided to go take a look. Thought to myself, if I find something I would like, I'll buy it and support you... Went to order a soap but it's out of stock. Lol.

I'll keep browsing.

Ditto on the next soap... Which I think is discontinued some time ago... Should really remove that (Latha by B&M).

I honestly didn't know you existed. Your product selection seems pretty good. Some nice software. I'll probably check your site before buying stuff now that I know you exist. But you do have to think about the fact that I only know of your website because of this particular thread. Somehow I don't think that is what you were/are shooting for. I do notice that on this and other forums, the different vendors will often start threads about a variety of topics or to announce incoming new products. You may wish to do the same. If you aren't keeping your website in front of people on a constant basis, out of sight, out of mind. I think this goes for any retailer or vendor who relies upon the internet for customer traffic. Good luck and I hope your business pops up as a result of this thread.

@"iamsms" I just looked at pricing again for Nuávia, and with the recent changes in exchange rate between Euros, GBP (Brexit and all) when compared to USD, pricing has changed slightly in favor of USD compared to the past. After doing some calculations, I still can't beat Connaught, but I can get darn close. I will be changing my prices from $65, to $60 (this price still includes free shipping to US addresses).
With today's exchange rate, Connaught's price after shipping is $58.14

Thank you again for pointing out this price difference, I likely never would have noticed if you hadn't have mentioned it. Hopefully this change will even the scales a bit.

I'll do that. I'm gonna clear house on some items that will never be available again.
What was the other soap you found which was out of stock? I share inventory with my brick and mortar barbershop, sometimes things get missed when I update/change inventory.... its a real struggle sometimes as our POS system here in the shop does not sync with the online store, and vice versa.

MntnMan62 Thank you for your feedback. You're right that this post was was not meant to garnish attention, but I guess as a consolation this thread did work that way.
I do have a vendor section here, and I do post fairly frequently. I've had a banner ad here on the main site for the last 4 years straight, so If you're just now noticing my business then I guess that means my banner ad has failed to garnish your attention. That feedback is also vital to me. Might be time to switch up the design of my banner.

My approach at perusing the various shave forums I belong to is by clicking on the "Latest Posts" button. Otherwise I usually don't explore the overall sites that much unless there is something particular that I am looking for. So that is why I mentioned the idea of every so often announcing products in new threads because they end up coming up in the "Latest Posts".

The first soap I went to look at was Stirling Island Man. I would guess that one may be back, as they recently have it on their site again.

There's another summer Stirling... Weekend in Malibu. That one I haven't heard of. I wonder if it is discontinued, but I don't know for sure.

Also B&M 42 is out of stock. As they just pushed it out not too long ago it may or may not be reorderable this year. I don't have much experience with them.

Lol, I have that kind of luck, I tell you... I hit all of the ones unavailable on one fell swoop.

Where would the banner ad be? I use a phone, with Tapatalk, so it's probably not visible for me. I do peruse the BST, and recently got into the habit of hitting the vendor section. I would likely have seen it show up sooner or later (like this post did in the recent feed).

Edit: Found it down in the Ts for 'The Handlebar...'. Drop the 'The' and move halfway up the alphabet, lol. Just kidding.

Hahahah, trust me, I've thought about it!
If you're using a desktop computer the banner ads are on the first page. They don't show up on Mobile or Tapatalk.
