I love aftershaves.  I have an addiction.  Bottles and bottles of aftershave line the hallowed confines of my den..... Here's the problem finding an aftershave that has staying power can be tricky.  Use a cologne you say.....ah...but many colognes smell way too.... "I'm in high school and smell bad so let me bathe in this".  So what aftershaves have staying power on you?  For me, I have the entire clubman line and most of those have excellent staying power.  Oddly enough, Old Spice on me has staying power.  The Ogala line is decent, but not in the same league as the aforementioned.  Any suggestions on stuff I might not have that has that staying power I crave?

Side note......weaker aftershaves I'll reapply at noon... Does that make me nuts Smile

PAA aftershave/colognes are class above everyone else. Clubguy and Cold Spices have replaced my Clubman and Old Spice. Scents last all day and face feels amazing for hours.

I have yet to try out all aftershaves but hands down I can confidently say that Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements is the best. It really does last a long time and has a very mature, wonderful scent. In my opinion, there's no point in buying expensive colognes anymore because Phoenix scents can easily replace them. Now mind you, they're not cheap (usually around $20 USD) but if you're looking for a new "cologne", then it's a steal.

I am currently using samples of dr Harris Windsor and tobs jermyn street AS which I picked up from maggard. Both have excellent lasting power. I get a faint whiff almost all day so I know others are able to smell it. I would reccomend both of those. I also have sterling sharp dressed man soap & AS in the mail (which I am awaiting anxiously). I will update on the scent/staying power of it.

Aftershaves by Fine last me all day, and I have yet to find a scent I like as much as L'Orange Noir. I also usually wake up the next day with a Stirling aftershave still lingering. If you want staying power, you can't go wrong with either of those companies.

Another vote for PAA. I can smell Cavendish on me 8 hours after application.

Time to find some better fragrances man! If you don't want to smell like a high schooler then you need to be willing to spend more than a high schooler on a quality frag.

Give Terre D'Hermès, Tom Ford Grey Vetiver, & Amouage Jubilation XXV a try. I think you may reconsider using your aftershave as your fragrance of the day. Some quality frags that are still in a high schooler's budget but most likely not their palate would be Azzaro Pour Homme & Lalique Encre Noire.

PAA as everyone has posted is known for its staying power. I shaved with B&M Seville last night and finished with the matching AS around 7:00 PM. This morning when I woke I was still catching the scent. So there's a vote for Barrister and Mann AS's.
