Lather Shots

I am in week 1 of No-shave November so thought it may be fun to do something I have seen elsewhere and post some lather shots. Can't shave so why not?

Thanks Freddy! I was goofing around with what I jokingly call the Nathan MethodTM [Merkur Man] of lather building. He uses a heavy load much as I always have but then actually begins building the lather directly on the puck which I do not. Using a fine stream of water from the faucet to very gradually hydrate- couple swipes under the stream, light shake then more build.

I have always enjoyed my lather once I got the hang of it early on in wetshaving but I have been using his approach for the last couple of months to great effect. Not rocket science but really produces fantastic lather.

I'm one week into to a month long commitment to a single soap.  That soap is Haslinger Ringelblumen.  It has been a wonderful week!
