During a couple of shaves last week, I had a couple of lathers that made me think of this thread. I had some really killer looking lather coming from SV Tundra Artica and Colonia with some added kokum butter using some badger brushes. Sorry I didn't stop to snap a photo mid shave. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to enjoy my shaves and slow down as much this last month but I was surprising myself with the overall lather quality. Sometimes using the stuff I know the best is more satisfying not because I think it is the best, but it just allows me more consistent results. The right ratio of product to water isn't always the easiest for me but when it's right, it feels great. Plenty in this thread know how nice it is to accomplish the creme of the crop lather, not just for show, but to actually use in the shave.

Chat soon my friends and cheers
