Both the Ares V2 and the Athena are both currently available on the Lambda Razor website.

If you want the SS version of either razor, you should contact Theo at Lambda and tell him of your interest.  I believe he will only make more if there is interest.  If not, the last series of SS Athena will be a collectors item.

cigarman is correct and I do not believe he is even considering Ti.

It's still worth a great shave with the Athena, marine bronze is magnificent.

From what I know at least one Ti was produced. Also one in copper.

It’s not an aggressive razor.  It’s the one razor I would pass on Ti for (and I’ve owned more than 40).  It’s perfect in Bronze or SS by weight.   Even with a lighter handle I don’t enjoy it as much.

All comments are on the Athena.

Ti Athena? It doesn't make any sense to me. It's mild, therefore it's great with heavy weight.

I agree. I have it in Bronze and I wouldn’t consider any other material, I think it suits the razor.

I’ve seen the Ti on Instagram, if I come across it again I’ll try to remember to take a capture, has a satin/matte finish. The copper I’ve never saw it, I know one was produced because the boxes are now engraved with the razor material and a member from a spanish forum received one with “copper” engraved, it was sent by mistake and with further clarification Theodoros said he made one.

dtownvino is correct. I wouldn't consider an all Ti Athena. But, I did find the SS handle a bit unwieldy and bought a Ti handle. My shaves with the Athena are great. If you can get an Athena, regardless of metal, GET IT!. You will not regret the decision.

How much does the SS weigh?  The bronze I have at 118 grams.  I find holding it where I’m pointing makes it really well balanced for the shave.
