We don't have the dramatic leaf changes that are seen in the fall in New England and the Midwest, but we do have some pretty colors here.  Today my wife and I had a really nice walk in Kubota Garden, a private arboretum.

Beautiful, John.  I am visiting a friend who lives outside of Buffalo and as the plane circled to make it's approach into the airport, the view of the trees, with the color of the leaves at their peak, was spectacular.  I do enjoy perfect autumn weather and can see why your wife and you enjoyed that walk.

You’ve inspired me, John. I’m about a mile from Kubota Garden, yet I’ve never been. If the weather holds until Friday, I’m going. Thank you.

I think you'll really enjoy it. It is much less crowded on a weekday.

You have also inspired me! I am only 3 miles away, and plan to go this weekend (while the fall leaves are in bloom). Thanks.

Parking is terrible on weekends. If you can't go pretty early or on a weekday, you'll probably have to park out on the street somewhere.
