Knothead Brush Works DFS auction that runs until 9/27/2020

Hi All,

Tim (Knothead) from Knothead Brush Works has graciously decided to do a DFS auction for a custom brush he turned using a 26mm SHD badger knot that Maggard's donated for this brush.

Tim has decided to change his brush making from a hobby into a business and wants to celebrate this change by donating this brush to DFS.

The auction will run until Sunday night, 9/27/2020, at 8pm EDT.  At 8pm, I'll lock thread.  Please reply to this post with the amount of money you're willing to spend on the brush.

Brush Info:

The handle is an Amboyna Burl Wood that comes from Ambon Island in Indonesia. It is considered an Exotic. The finish has 14 coats of CA on it and is hard as nails as well as waterproof.

Knot is a 26mm Super High Density badger knot from Maggards.  The knot isn't glued in at the moment, just sitting in the handle loosely for photos.  Tim is able to set the knot to the auction winner's preference, from a range of these lofts: 50.5mm to 62mm
