Nero, the pizza did NOT go unnoticed. Keto? Tell me more. I miss pizza more than you can possibly know.
I lost another 5#. Not trying, but I just don't need to eat in Keto. I let my body tell me if I need to eat or not. If I don't feel the need to eat I don't but I eat one meal a day. Sometimes 2. Depends on what my body tells me.

Haha, thanks for noticing!
Yes it's keto and super easy... and crispy FINALLY. Better than any recipe I've found.
Shredded mozzarella, one egg, couple tbsp of nutritional yeast... then a dash each of garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
Mix and form it on some parchment paper.
Bake at 350 (I think, having a brain fart) on the parchment paper for like 20 minutes till it starts to firm enough that you can flip it.
Take it out and flip it.
Poke lots of holes in it with a fork.
Then add the sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake again till top finished AND golden on the bottom.

Don't skip using the unsalted butter, the creaminess adds lots of character.(01-14-2022, 07:06 PM)Nero Wrote: French onion soup... You may be able to make a soup, and dip your bread in that. It would be an easy way to get your veggies in.

Ah, gotcha, cheese for crust! I forgot about that. I should try your recipe. When I did that it was just OK. The bread in a pizza is a huge part of the flavor.

No, you're not going to think it's authentic pizza dough.
Shredding weight like crazy. I think it has to do with my injury and lack of activity more than anything. Down 9 pounds since the injury, on December 18 (34 days ago).
