Will Karve ever release a titanium razor?

I love their razors and that's a good question, but at this point right now I would highly doubt it. It takes so long right now just to get the razors that they're already making, I can't see them introducing a new metal right now. Not sure if they ever used it before, I have never seen it. So if they have never used/worked with it before, I would doubt it at this point in time. Right now, at least when I bought my razors last year, it was about a 5 week wait for the razors they already manufacture in the metals they manufacture. While they have introduced a few new items lately, they are in the metals they already use. Just my .02¢.

I believe it's also machining. Different metals I think can require different dies or parts. I also think there is a learning curve as different metal machine differently if I am not mistaken. I could be wrong, but I do believe has have seen or read this info somewhere at some point.

They had a short run of CB titanium razors about four years ago. Don't hold your breath about another one.

Chris promised a CB Ti in 2020 or at least was looking at making it happen. I paid 299 CAD towards it. 4 years later and A. I have never seen my Ti and second Chris has never refunded me and just kept the money. I asked to refund me 2 year ago and all I got was crickets. Not an email, DM or reason. I have been in the wet shaving community for a very very long time and never have I been scammed or treated this way. I have lost all respect for Chris and Karve so whatever promises they might make, be careful.

I was not aware of that. I like titanium but I am in hurry for a Karve one. If it was available and priced with reason, at least to me. I would get it likely. I'm not counting on one, though so I am not anticipating one.

Wow. I am stunned to hear that. I have had unfortunately slow communication with Chris, but he has made right at least by me. I am sorry that happened, there is no reason to not have made that right for you. That really upsets me as I do love the razors I own, but that sucks.

At some point I just moved on and wrote it off. It's just money but it's the principle of it. Integrity and honesty goes a long way in life. Karma eventually catches up.
