Jim, If pork has his being fulfilled maybe there was a plate or something out of stock that was in your order. Shouldn't happn but I'd reach out to him by email and inquire. Just a thought. Hope yours get's to ya soon !

I just checked and both plates I ordered can still be added to the cart. I'll email today and find out what the delay is.

I just heard from Karve. Apparently they're behind on getting the aluminum orders out. I got another email shortly after with a tracking number.

Good on you for reaching out but, Karve could and should have sent you a quick email notification for a delay. Especially after almost a week without a word. That's the issue with Karve, great product on one end, sub-standard customer service at times on the other side. Both should be great in today's business environment.

Hope you get them quick and they perform to your expectations......

I know it can be hit and miss service but if we're going to complain, I also feel the need to Commend when I can. Ordered from Canada on Saturday around 5 pm and at my door in Kentucky by DHL Tuesday at 1:30 pm, Karve F Plate arrived. Amazing !!

I got my aluminum razor and stand yesterday. I was near the front of the line. If I ordered something else today, I imagine the wait would be longer.

Absolutely! I said the same a week or two ago when I received my Copper set up. I praise'em when it's due but, when there's a flaw or the proverbial "fly in the soup" predicament,  I have to call it as well. Fire & Ice amigo....

Not at all Dave. I understood your point which was/is completely valid. When the good happens, it has to be said as well.

In the end, the guy is super talented at creating razors. Hopefully, everything else catches up soon as well. Great shaves to you brother.....
