I ordered a razor directly from Karve this morning. I received a shipping notification with a Canada Post Tracking number 4 hours later.

I decided to order the Karve SS daily shaver kit. It was mailed via dhl within 1 week of my order.

I don’t like the fact that the customer service is a black hole but I can confirm he is shipping product.

To be honest I had a pretty good experience with Chris: emails replied in minutes, prompt shipping, great packing...and now great shaves.

Just as an FYI i decided to order a B plate Sunday from Karve. It shipped out yesterday and is supposed to be here tomorrow. It sounds like by reports from everyone that this situation might be resolved.

Just checked my order, I made it on Saturday so what I said earlier about ordering it Sunday was a mistake. He shipped this yesterday though. Which means Canada to South Carolina in two days. I'm looking at the shipping details and its almost unimaginable, especially dealing with USPS this past year. Anyway, I cant complain at all about that. Really rock solid. So I'll give him a thumbs up for my first order from his business since my other order was from West Coast Shaving.

I've tried reaching out and have yet to get a response. I really doubt Chris is out there responding to emails with my experience.
