Sounds like it's a big ole wait for those, and that stinks.

It's a war of attrition! Anyway, for those that want to withdraw, at least they have still walked away with the credit on the no-deposit pre-orders for titanium and aluminum razors, so it seems to have worked out okay. Kind of.

To date the only ones that have been seen in the wild are the one that Jack keeps flaunting on YouTube and there was a pic of one that someone posted somewhere but it just looked like a studio shot picture and not something personal... There was someone, a very pro Karve individual, over on B&B that said they received theirs but refuses to posts pics of it which tells me it probably never happened!! There were supposedly over a hundred of these sold and its very suspicious that no pics exist of them in the wild except for a Karve employee!!

I'd be willing to bet the Ti models won't see the light of day until at least Nov or Dec just judging off the timeline so far!! Maybe not even that early!!

So.....I think you’re missing the point, which was so eloquently made by Shane from Blackland in another thread recently:

For some reason the wet shaving world seems to be largely okay with poor communication, generally bad business practices, and, worst of all, just no effort to even improve at it year after year. And this tolerance of disregard permits and encourages it to continue. People who can't be bothered to answer a phone or who ignore emails from paying customers simply should not receive your money yet these companies continue to thrive and operate on cruise control for years. Demand better service and keep your money until you get it and you'll be blown away by how quickly those practices change. You guys, the paying customers, get to decide which business practices become standard. Right now, when we look across the wet shaving landscape it's clear that mistreatment and disregard are tolerated. It doesn't have to be that way.”

And the ironic thing is that you “liked” Shane’s post....yet you continue to do what Shane and others (including myself) suggest is perpetuating the bad behavior by the likes of Karve. That is, you tolerate the poor service and mistreatment of customers by continuing to give them your money. I don’t see how you can “like” Shane’s post, yet continue to give business to Karve. That makes no sense to me.

A bit of communication from Karve would make people feel a whole lot better. I don’t mind waiting but need some communication and updates from Karve. How hard would that be??

I’d encourage you to read Shane’s comments that I quoted above. Until we quit sending our money to Karve, they have no incentive to change their horrible customer service. Pretty darn simple. Vote with your dollars.

Hey man ... stick it in your ear !!! I'm tired of your moralizing with me particularly. Mind your own business and I'll mind mine.
