So my first contact with Karve was positive.
Item received promptly, and it's a great product.
My second dealings with Karve, not so good.
How long have people been having problems? Is it just recently?

This problem hasn't been going on for months, its been a couple years now... It all started with I believe the 2nd brass release back in early 2018.
