I ordered May 29 and I’m still waiting as well. I knew he was behind when I ordered, so I’m just waiting patiently. I thought it would have shipped by now though.
Agree... Maybe some communication would help.
Ordered mine 5/24 and no sign of life aside from the form letter. I thought I ordered with plenty of time to get it while I'm home in the US for a visit, but I'll be heading out on Monday. I wrote to Chris asking if I could change the shipping address and I'll pay the extra shipping (and risk some customs fees), but no reply yet.
Either way, I'll get it eventually so I'm not too worried, but it is a bit frustrating. At the time I ordered people were reporting 2 weeks to arrive at their door, but business keeps picking up apparently. Damn internet hype!

I have been using an E and F plate and the shaves are descent but not extraordinarily better than my other razors. The one thing I find annoying is the head clogs easily and rinsing lather from the head is a pain. I use Tabac soap for most shaves and the lather seems to stick to the brass head more than say a chrome plated or stainless razor. Any suggestions on fixing this?

What are your other razors? And if you experience clogging, do you use preshave oil? I find that clogging is usually solved by adding more water to the lather. Now if you use preshave oil, no amount of water may help, particularly on the first pass.

To update, I finally got an email from Chris. He apologized for taking so long, and said he'll change my shipping address and cover the extra cost, keeping my order below 100 USD which is the duty free limit where I live.
Now THAT'S going above and beyond. Great customer service and more than I expected. Can't hold his new small business's success against him, and it's totally understandable that he's swamped with orders and takes QC seriously, hence the long wait.
I ordered the C plate with 3.5" handle. Can't wait!
