I saw his post on Instagram. He will catch up with this onslaught of orders. The best part is his maintaining quality as a priority.
Yep, I'm glad to see quality is his top priority. The time issue is not a problem with me I just think he needs to communicate this to his consumers either on his website or when making the purchase to give the buyer a reasonable expectation. I never sent him an email (it was 9 days before I got my shipping confirmation) but if it had gotten to two weeks I would of. It would be good for him and the consumer as I'm sure he gets follow up emails asking about the status of their orders when so much time has passed.
I did however send an email asking a question (that I still have) the day I made my purchase but that has not been answered yet.
