Hi there,
Apologies for the bad English and maybe for the question being answered somewhere...I could not find via search.

I really love Kai blades, long lasting, no glue a with that touch of extra oomph.
The problem I have is that on certain razors, especially the ones with round top cap pins for positioning, I need to apply an "unnatural" push.
In other words, the blade does not fall in place by itself and requires some force, with some screaking that leaves me puzzled. I even had this with certain central threaded pin.
I have read that kai have some peculiar measures, but I though mainly for the outside (e.g. width).

Is it me paranoid, me having a faulty batch or is this just a fact?
Thanks a lot for any hint!

I have the same issue. Like you the blades are sharp and very long lasting! I don't mind this mild hassle though. I use these blades in my very mild razor heads [mamba 53, att m1 etc] to great effect. You are experiencing a common observation. . I love the lack of glue dots and the wraps as well. Just wish they were slightly less expensive.
