Got these two soaps and 300 Astra blades today.

It was odd, when I opened the Lard Lass soap, I couldn't smell a thing. However, the Earl Grey Gelato smelled strong and quite awesome. Maybe allergies? A couple hours later, I finally could smell it. Still a light scent of tropical fruit and flowers. Nothing like the reviews of 8/10 strength. Still, it was finally there... Thank goodness.

The Astras were odd, too. They're the old printed style, but made in 2021. Did they go back to that design? My laser etched are from 2018, for what it's worth.

I haven't had good luck with these printed Astras. Maybe I'll try these printed ones again, seeing as I now have about 580 of them.

Have a great evening folks![Image: 1f9191576667417ccd01a9c4418b060f.jpg]

Haven't had a chance to wash it yet but just received my Oumo Exceed 2 handle stuffed with a MERI EX 27mm badger fan. Can't wait to start breaking it in.

These came in three separate purchases this month. The "Israeli Red" is my favorite blade and I went hunting for them. Prices tend to be all over the place and not all sellers know if they have the Nazareth plant or the German plant. But I found two lots that I believe are the Israeli plant and one lot that has to be from the German plant, given the new packaging. I am currently using a Rite Aid version in one Overlander the a German version in the other Overlander and my mug can't detect a difference. So I am happy with my now hundreds of Personna Platinum Chrome blades!

My friend hooked me up with one of these this week as a surprise bday present. I have one already but in a different handle style. This has to be one of my all time favorite knots of all time. I would highly recommend giving it a consideration if you guys like a nice soft badger knot without all the heavy processing or bleaching.
