My wife declared Grog the best scent in a soap of them all. And she's a tough judge!

On your recommendation I ordered Grog and Dark yesterday. Rainforest looks interesting too but I was feeling dark and groggy yesterday. I'm always up for a bay rum Happy2 I ordered them from Canadian Blade Company which is just down the #2 highway from from me in LA (Lethbridge Alberta).

Found this at the antiques store around the corner from my house, I'm a sucker for Old Spice. They had a couple of pretty beat up razors, nothing that I couldn't have gotten in better shape for the same amount on ebay.

I will indeed. After ordering the two soaps from Canadian Blade Co. I went and ordered the 4 aftershave set directly from Ryan at Tallow and Steel. I probably could have combined the order and saves some shipping but I wanted to try out Canadian Blade because they're right down the highway a few miles from me. I've heard some good feedback on the Tallow and Steel from DFS members so I have high hopes.

Lots of nice kit.

We were in northern VT and stopped at the every Saturday town flea market.

I wound up with two 1970s era Gillettes - a powder blue Lady Gillette that is near mint and a Knack.

They both seem to have the exact same head. They shave great and remind me of a 1940s SuperSpeed I have.

I got some Cyril Salter Indian Sandalwood shaving cream today.  I plan to pair it with tallow-based AOS Sandalwood shaving soap to make superlather.
