Is this a vintage Rooney?

Got this last week.

Am planning to replace the knot. It washed up nicely but has a significant bald patch in the center.

I cannot find any similar pictures online that match the back label. I just can't seem to make out what it actually says.

I think it's a Rooney.









Anyone know what brand it is?

That's a Rooney made brush with a private label from the seller. Nice rich butterscotch color. This is a SOTD picture of a brush very similar to yours reknotted with a 28 mm two band. You have some great potential with that brush.

The SOTD picture of the other brush is impressive. I hadn't even considered a knot that large. That one came out very well.

It has been a few years but I remember mine was also 24mm that I opened up to take a 28mm which is my sweet spot.

I dropped an L. It's properly Robert TALBOTT and if you search Robert Tallbott pocket squares on EBAY you can view the company logo. I couldn't make it out on your label.
