I’ve been waiting for this one so when Dominick posted I was all over it. I love the scent of a good bay rum but most of them lit me on fire. This one feels like a great big face hug. When testing I smelled clove and cinnamon (and no the clove is not cloying) and was concerned if I even ought to lather it. I did. It worked. And when I asked Dominick he stated “perfuming Witchery”. It is awesome. And his splash has the feel of heavy glycerine which I really like but without the glycerine tackiness. Some chemist voodoo I suppose. It’s silky after a minute or two.

Yes, I was a tester but sworn to secrecy. Now that the cat is out of the bag I can say that this bay rum is very nice. No irritation or heat that some cause and a really nice take on bay rum. You could wear this to the office without worry that you might offend the office scentist Big Grin

This is a definite addition to the extensive bay rum collection. Happy2

Soap is about a 6. Enough to really enjoy the scent while shaving. The splash is much stronger.

I received El Jefe and really loved it. Great performance, fantastic scent!
