But why does the pop up when you hover the mouse over "REPLY", tell me it's going to "QUOTE THIS MESSAGE IN A REPLY" and then never does?

Hover your moues over the "REPLY" button and see what I mean.

it's how the system used to be before it was modified when people were complaining about all of the quotes within posts. not adjusting the hover over text was a simple oversight when leefish made the changes a little while back..not that big of a deal, we'll get it fixed.
