Was wondering the same thing. Usually he says on his videos that he’s checking out for a while if he does. Weird. Hope all is okay with him!

You are correct, he does take breaks from time to time, but as you already pointed out, they are "announced" and usually in the summer.

I’m thinking more on the lines of making mention to followers that there will be no more new material. Of course, sometimes things come up, and social media just takes a smaller role out of necessity.
