Will do. I love spicy foods and trying different hot sauces and salsas. So this is right up my alley!

On a kind of related note. I recently was introduced to a great YouTube video series called "Hot Ones". It's a celebrity interview show. The host ask the guests questions while they are eating REALLY HOT wings. It's hilarious! Because they get so fixated on the crazy hot food they're eating he manages to get some great candied answers. Definitely a fun watch.

Can't wait to give these sauces a try.

So i had a spoon of each and they are quite tasty. I would rank them right up there with the best. Very savory and good heat. Thank you andrewjs18 for the suggestion.

I can't resist hot sauce either. I dropped some $ on a 3 bottle set.

FWIW, we made 2 really big jars of pickled jalapenas yesterday. Probably a gallon+ total.

They're tasty! I like all 3 but the wife isn't all that keen on the smokey one (more for me). She likes the other 2 though. The habanero flavor comes through strong with the hottest one.

OK, a bit of an update. Understand going in that I use hot sauce like others use ketchup with little to on effect unless the HS has significant kick. Noobs or folks who haven't been eating hot peppers for decades will no doubt have different takes on the sauces. I hope that they don't get blown away by the heat and can enjoy the flavors.

The 2 pepper recipe has really good flavor and is so mild that I can use it liberally on a chicken sandwich and I get no heat from it at all. For me it's just added good flavor. The 3 pepper recipe begins to show some heat when used as liberally as the 2 pepper recipe. No major heat for me, just good flavor. I thought I would detect the smoke, but if I did it was in the background. I haven't had an opportunity to use the habanero/ghost pepper recipe yet.
