Hot Sauce Da Bomb - Beyong Insanity

In the vein of favorite hot sauces, this one stands as the favorite in my family -- some of whom love and try any number of hot sauces. It's a Belizean carrot-based sauce that has a  flavor that goes great in sandwiches and with chicken dishes.  One of my daughters has been famous among her classmates at both college and med school for always having a small container of it with her.  It's hot at 350,00 Scoville's (the Da Bomb Insanity that AlanH81 posted above is 135,000, by comparison).  Highly recommend trying this.

This looks Interesting will give it a try   it looks like ingredients like my hot sauce.

No. We're in Edmonton, now. I do miss the beautiful nature that BC provided, so we'll see what happens, here.

Ah, Edmonton. You must learn to embrace winter. Snowshoeing, X-country skiing. Plugging in your car. I spent three years up there in university. It really is a beautiful city and in summer it has warm evenings and nights ( much more do than Calgary where I live. Lower altitude) and has a nice long growing season if you’re a gardener. Wolfman Razors is based in Morinville just outside of Edmonton (north I think). So maybe you can arrange a visit with James. 

My daughter moved back up there this past summer. She’s a NICU nurse at the Stollery children’s hospital. We go up regularly so maybe we’ll be able to get together for a coffee.  

In the interest of staying in topic, hot sauce can make Edmonton winters more tolerable. Also, Edmonton has a great restaurant scene, much better than Calgary. They also have some of the best Ukrainian food you will find anywhere.

Also wanted to mention that Sean, the man behind MacDuff's Soap C. is up there too - just west of Edmonton near Stony Plain.
