I was in touch with HLS through chat function on their homepage. They are unable to receive payments form foreign countries. Acc. them they only can handle orders / payments from Russia in the current situation.
Seems like only way is find a guy that is located in Russia to purchase and forward these razors.

Might work...it all hinges around an alternate payment system called MIR (now that Russia has been disconnected from SWIFT).
There are high level talks on with Turkey to enable payments to and fro...mainly to enable Russians in Turkey to pay for shit
while they're there.

Once that gets set up and money payments can be made fro Turkey to Russia, I can see a situation where HLS uses a Turkish
online shaving vendor like Split7 (same co. that sells Barbados gear) to sell their stuff. They'll have to be discreet about filling in
country of origin on the customs forms or US customs will throw a fit.

Even India is in similar talks.

Yeah, this is going to be interesting trying to get this razor. I reached out to several friends around the world and the only folks that might be able to help are from Oumo but I doubt they will be able to make something work. They are reaching out to the owners of Home Like to try to facilitate a deal to sell some razors for them. I’ll let you all know if anything comes from that. Turkey may be our only option. I’ll have spoke. To Hazan many times about his Barbaros razors so he might be an option.
