I have a flight of stairs, and I get food out of crisper drawers at the bottom of my refrigerator.
Oh, and I have another piece of equipment that looks remarkably like a lawnmower.
All three are good for legs.

For left-hand grip strength workout I have a Washburn X10 guitar that is in bad need of truss rod and bridge height adjustments.

I’ve worked through CrossFit and Olympic lifts and all other sorts of activities in the last 12 years, yet have settled on Kettlebells myself. There’s a lot of bang for your buck from a few good exercises, and you can train in a way to boost endurance as well. Keeps me running circles others at mens league soccer.

Thanks AlanH81, I generally walk for my cardio. Maybe not HIT but definitely MIT  Big Grin  My wife has a stationary bike that I’m trying to get my head around using.

One other thing - when Covid closed the local rec Center that I worked out at I did drag some old but very serviceable equipment out of “storage “ which was great, but I wanted to add or upgrade stuff as well. That was hard at first because everyone on earth was doing the same thing so most stuff I wanted was sold out or back ordered. I also decided that I wanted to buy “local” if possible which for me meant made in Canada or USA. This also meant more expensive but I figured that was because workers in Canada and USA are paid a living wage for their labour unlike some foreign labour and as Canadian and American workers are basically my friends and neighbours, why should I begrudge them a living wage?  I’ve been very happy with the quality of the Canadian and American made products that I’ve purchased and if something is priced beyond my reach then either I can save up for it or maybe I don’t need it.

That looks like something I would do.
I put ant orange glove one the door handle so my shop heater so someone doesn't forget to shut it off when the leave.

I’m really happy with this piece. I replaced a four post cage with this two post stand. I was a little hesitant to do that sight unseen because I was concerned about stability. I had nothing to worry about. This thing is rock solid.
