I think I just found my Holy Grail brush and believe it or not it is a Stirling Soap Company 26mm Synthetic and it cost under $25.00. I currently have over 30 brushes of all types including a Simpsons Chubby 2 in Best Badger, Wolf Whiskers 26mm Silvertip, Semogue O.C. in both 2 Band Silvertip Badger and Boar to name a few and the Stirling is a giant killer. It is currently sold out but should be available in September according to the website. Do not be fooled by the price, this brush is beautifully made and the know is fantastic and the handle is heavy and well made.

How does that paladin stack up to the others? I currently have a chubby 1 best and am getting on the paladin order list.

I won't speak for Batman here, but I will say the Paladin uses M&F knots so it's on equal footing with M&F which are wonderful badgers.
