I purchased this Hoffritz travel slant razor from eBay several years ago and no longer remember what I paid for it.  It had been a long time since I last used it (well over a year) so I decided to give it a spin for today's SOTD.  I forgot what a great shave it offers up.  The head is very reminiscent of a Merkur slant so I'm not surprised at the quality shave.  What is amazing is that all of this fits in a box that is just about 2-inches by 2-inches (5.08cm x 5.08cm).

Thanks, guys. I really should use it more often. I think part of the reason is that my Merkur slant is closer to hand so I just tend to go for it more.

Due to the larger handle, the regular Merkur will fit nicer on the hand, and will be more comfortable to handle, I guess...

To a certain degree, yes, but I have small hands and do not find the Hoffritz travel slant difficult to use.
