Wow, very beautiful. I am impressed. You may have the first polished Ti22! I bet the safety bar has zero drag and is as smooth as butter. What was the cost?
Please confirm that the blade is still as rigid and tight as before the polish, and there is no blade chatter. I would like to do the same, but I am afraid that polishing could remove too much material. Per Henson, the tolerances in the fit are .0005 inch for the plate and top cap. Those are some very precise fits, and polishing removes surface material. Please, let us know if you can detect any difference in the quality of shave or the fit of the parts. Thanks.

Smooth as butter, that’s for sure!
This is my best shave to date. No chatter and still rigid. The polished Ti glides over the skin perfectly!
I’m so happy with the results.
I think I paid about $50 bucks…

Wonderful looking and great report! I didn't get along with the aluminum version, as I felt the drag hindersome to my preferred face-feel for a razor. But you fixed that issue!

I’ve got the mild and medium in the aluminum as well and a few other great razors, but the Ti that is now polished just hit the sweet spot for me.
I’m really not sure anything else can beat the shave results this razor has given me now.
After all these years of having fun buying, trying and selling razors….The Henson Ti polished knocks them out the water.
