Hey everyone,
I am new to this forum and have been wet shaving for about 10 years. I love wet shaving and look forward to it every day. I don't have a big den or collection because I live full-time in an RV. Currently, live in SoCal and I love getting outdoors and exploring. To me, wet shaving has taught me to slow down and enjoy the moments of life. I take this practice with me when on my adventures. My horses love the lifestyle as well.
Most of my razors are vintage Gillettes like the Slim, Executive Fatboy, Red Tip HD, and Gillete New. I have recently started to look at a few more modern razors and recently purchased the PAA Copper Ascension & Tatara Masamune as they both seem like modern meets beautiful art to me. I also have a Feather Shavette kamisori style and love using it. Will eventually pick up a custom straight.
For brushes I was alwasy a boar or sythetic guy untill this month. Wanted to try some nice badager brushes and started with a Paladin Chief 26mm. Wow, what a difference badager makes! I have my eye on a few more nice badger brushes. My mindset with this and much of life is I rather have a few exceptionally effiecent and lovely looking pieces that I use often than so many I can't even use them all. But if I had more room I'm sure that notion would go out the window lol. Well sorry about the long intro, thanks for having me.
