Terre d'Hermmes is my favorite fragrance. I may just have to pick up some Terre Du Dragon, as I really enjoy Dapper Dragon's performance...

It is close to my nose, but not a dead ringer.RR Son of Zeus is closer in scent profile but no where near the performance of Terre Du Dragon.Another soap that is new that has the TD'H profile is Henri et Victoria's Terre D'Henri.Really good performing soap IMHO

One more soap/cream with a Terre d'Hermes vibe is D.R. Harris Windsor. Worth a try.

I have the first one but I haven't tried it yet. I'll probably make some orders when I see them on a merchant website so I can include other stuff I've been meaning to buy. Thanks for the heads up

Hmmm, the Green Vetiver to go with the Clean Vetiver AS just might be worth a purchase, very tempting!

So are these soaps going to start being overhyped the way XXX was not long ago?

Based on all they hype over Fine American Blend, i ordered a puck and the AS a while back. Perhaps I'm just jaded, spoiled or overwhelmed by the huge variety of great soaps on the market, but I used it once and my initial impression was "meh." I'm not particularly fond of the scent and it didn't exhibit any merits that I felt elevated it to the level of what I would consider a top tier soap. Maybe I'll give it another try sometime, but most likely I'll give it away to one of my friends or family. That doesn't mean I think it's a bad soap, considering what it's competing against. It's just that I, personally, would rank it no higher than a third tier soap.

My initial impressions were the same as yours.  But I used it for almost two weeks straight and have to say I quite like the product now. However, I had the motivation to continue to use it because I like the scent.  Here is picture of the type of lather you can get out of the stuff, not bad if you ask me.
