Has anyone ever seen this Gillette Tech handle?

I've been shaving for 60 years, and over the years I've used a lot of different razors, but I've never seen a Gillette Tech with this handle before.  Have you?  If you have, please let me know.  Thank you.

I feel like I saw something like this very recently (maybe the same one?)
But my thought was that it’s probably not a Gillette handle, rather just a European (maybe South American?) handle from a similar time period with the same threading. I could of course be totally off here, wouldn’t be the first time by any means… but I’m guessing we both checked similar resources and couldn’t find anything showing this being an actual Gillette handle.
