To you too Andrew!

Anybody else finding Corned Beef to made of unobtainium this year? I went to 3 supermarkets and all had none. It's difficult for a Prussian to be faux Irish without corned beef and cabbage. (It just so happens to be one of all time fav' meals even if corned beef isn't common in Ireland.)

It's not the same but I opened a can of CB and had some with eggs for lunch. I was NOT going to be denied my CB today!

Plenty of corned beef in the market today; but only huge Turkeys left this past T-day; no turkeys left two years ago for T-day of any size.  I cook my corned beef low and slow.

Check out my post on Kitchen, Whats Cooking for pictures of this years corned beef dinner. I found Bill Baileys at Costco for a very reasonable price. It is easy to microwave since it was pre-cooked. Very tender and fantastic flavor.
