Stirling Soap (ezlovan) released some hand sanitizing serum a few weeks back. I picked up 3 bottles: 1 for work, 1 for at home and 1 as a spare for when I run out of the other 2. I picked up a pump bottle of lemon lime, orange & bergamot lavender. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and have some thoughts to share...

First, it's a pretty decent price being that it isn't mass produced. $8.95 for a 200ml (7.04oz) pump bottle currently. I think I paid $7.95 per bottle when I bought it a few weeks back..

Second, there's a decent scent selection. I currently see 6 different scent options.

I will say, most hand sanitizers you'll find in the stores leave your hands feeling dry, even those with aloe added to them. The stuff Stirling is making is pretty damn moisturizing without being sticky. I believe they suggest you rub it in for 20-30 seconds...

My only complaint so far is that I wish the snout of the pump was a little longer so it reached further into my hand when I'm pumping some serum out, I typically use one hand to do all of this. My other bottle of hand sanitizer at work, a germ-x bottle, has the perfect sized snout to be able to do this without worrying about spilling any of it...

Here's some photos...

I'm hoping they release large refill bottles in the future rather than having to replace the entire pump bottle with a new one when the old one is empty to help reduce waste.

from my understanding from Rod, that is in the plans for the future..

I just got a bottle of the unscented today. It seems like a great hand sanitizer serum....

I ordered two large bottles today, based on this thread--thank you, Andrew! I tried to order some last week, or the week before (who has a sense of time these days?), but they were sold out. I wish the lotion had 70% alcohol--as recommended by the experts--but I love Stirling scents. My hand soap during this period of frequent hand-washing is Stirling, as well.

I think you'll like them.

As far as I know, the CDC recommends either 70% isopropyl alcohol or 62% ethyl alcohol. Stirling's stuff is at 64% ethyl alcohol so it's slightly above the CDC recommendation.

I ordered a bottle just yesterday, Eucalyptus Mint, I had previously bought the offering form Wholly Kaw. Interested to see how they compare.

I’m loving my full bottles of Orange and Lavender Bergamot. Not only is it great to have CDC-recommended sanitizer, but it’s also a tremendous hand lotion.
