Thanks for the words of encouragement - I was just talking to my son on the phone and told him the same thing.  Stick to your discipline and your routine.  He's just had the mine he's working at shut down and he's a little bummed.  Keep to your schedule, stay well groomed.  Look sharp be sharp.

I posted my own rules of life on my fridge to remind myself how fortunate I am. As much as life throws at me I must get out of bed and keep moving forward.
