Received my new Amare from TRC yesterday. Took it for a spin today. The scent is incredible.  Intoxicating Smile .  Certainly one of my absolute favorite's. The Mallard base remains one of the premier bases in the industry, imo. Excellent experience on all levels! Well done Happy2

I'm delighted you found Amare enjoyable. I'm honored that you hold the scent in such high regard. The scent has been updated from the previous 2 editions, with increased strength, richness, and depth while maintaining its vibrant essence.

I love this scent, so much! I've prepared an additional two kilograms of the fragrance for use in the upcoming line of bar soaps.

Had my first shave this morning with Amare. Definitely one to pick up. The scent is amazing…fresh and fruity. I find it hard to pick out specific scents because it is so well balanced. It’s something you really have to smell for yourself.  I have to pick up the aftershave now.

On the performance,  Mo has tweaked the mallard base to be even better in terms of lather and post shave. Mallard has always been at the top but I found this iteration to provide an even easier, thicker lather. Post shave is top notch as always.

Hats off to Mo.

Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback about Amare! I'm thrilled to learn that you loved the fragrance, and it's fantastic to hear that the lather and post-shave experience surpass the previous Mallard version.

I agree, the aftershave would be a wonderful addition. The TRC aftershaves got a nice textural enhancement.

AlphaFrank75 wrote the below text on his SOTD post on another forum Smile

"Mo updated his aftershave formula so it doesn't leave your skin with a slightly sticky feeling for awhile. This new formula leaves your skin almost with a soft, powdery feel. I'm two hours post shave and I really like the way this feels. Calling this an aftershave seems like a bit of an understatement."

A Black Friday Release!

A stunning reworking of the original scent. The smoke note party comes from a resin called Choya Ral. Choya Ral is a resinous, smoky-leathery, dry-woody, and sweet fragrance material derived from the resin of the Shorea robusta, also known as the Sal tree, found in India.

From its top notes to its base, this fragrance unmistakably belongs to the Fougère family.
