Scent Notes: Barbershop [ Bergamot, Lavender, Lime, Basil, Rosemary, Coumarin Oakmoss, Vetiver and Sandalwood. ] + Burnt Resins & Woods.

The last two iterations of this fragrance relied on birch tar and cade oil to impart their smoky undertones.

For the forthcoming release, I've composed a more intricate and layered smoky profile. To attain this, I've employed an assortment of conifer absolutes. These absolutes are derived from the resins of coniferous trees like fir, spruce, and pine, lending a sophisticated and multifaceted scent that blends smokiness with balsamic undertones.

I almost have every puck MO has manufactured. I missed out on some of the early product. Having said that, my favorites are La Avventura, Magnolia, Cedarwood, and NY Chypre!

Any chance we can get this back in the pipeline in your new base MO?

I'm about 25 releases behind but I plan to rerelease a new Magnolia (different from the previous Magnolia releases), Cedarwood (reworked with new Cedarwood varieties), and NY Chypre next year.

Ardent is a Kairos SE Shaving Soap and has a matching aftershave. It’s shipping to @therazorcompany on Friday.

Blueberry is a fantasy fragrance note in perfumery, created by blending synthetic ingredients. It cannot be directly extracted from a natural source. I have long wanted to
release a blueberry-scented soap, and Ardent is my first attempt. I am immensely proud of it.

The blueberry note has a jam-like character with a touch of green, forestry traits. The combination of the blueberry note with the other notes creates an incredible and utterly unique scent.

The black tea note in Ardent is from natural sources, and it smells just like loose black tea. It has a wonderful anchoring effect on the scent, bringing earthiness and woody facets to the base.

The striking note of Ardent is the lemon note. Lemon is one of the most difficult notes to reproduce without smelling like cleaning supplies, but I believe I have produced a stunning lemon note for this scent. It is nearly identical to the lemon note in Chamomile and Lemon, an exclusive fragrance I created for Paradigm Shaveware. The soap has been very well received.
