Yes, I got my shipping notice Sunday, but that only means that the shipping label was generated. Hopefully, Mo will be able to make a post office run on Monday or Tuesday to get them moving toward their final destination.

As far as all the scents being sold out, I know that everything other than the Chocolate and Strawberry Rhubarb scents sold out pretty quickly. I do not know if the final two sold out, or if Mo removed them from the web site to ease the backlog until he had a chance to get caught up on existing orders.

I was one of the first to place and order after the release; I did not want to miss out. If you placed an order later, you might not get your tracking information immediately. I assume orders are being shipped in the order they were placed. Mo has a lot of packages to get out the door; it could take him a few days to get everything shipped.

Please be patient. I know the delays are frustrating. Mallard is one of the best soap formulations I have ever used. Hang in their, once you have the soaps in hand, you will be pleased. If not, offer the soap for sale on the forum; someone will gladly take it off your hands.

Yea we have movement in the soap.
I am going to guess later this week will get pick up.
Awhile back it sat for a week.
It is almost like I ordered from Europe.
All good look forward to the soaps.

I just checked the tracking information. Apparently, Mohammad got at least some of the soaps delivered to the Post Office by mid-afternoon Wednesday. Mine is showing an expected delivery date of Monday, Nov. 15. 

I placed my order on October 14, so if USPS gets it here on time, it will have been slightly over a month. Now that we are getting close to Christmas, my wife may not allow me to open them for few more weeks. Oh, well. It is not like I am running out of soap choices to use. These will bring me up to 18 Grooming Dept soaps, but some of you may have even more than I do.

Mine is still waiting pickup.
This happened last time sat for over 2 weeks.
Contacted him and week later it shipped.
If this occurs again I will ask for refund.
Really the worst in product delivery ever.

I cannot agree more that Mohammad needs to improve his deliveries. He has suffered a lot of health issues this year, but even when he has been healthy, deliveries have not been stellar. I have encouraged him to hire some help to improve his logistics.


While his deliveries have been slow, it is difficult to fault him on the quality of his products. Now if he could only elevate his deliveries to match his quality.

Sorry. Too many excuses. I would only buy GD products from reliable vendors (WCS/TRC) at this point. Why not just make product and ship it all to one or 2 primary vendors?

Sent inquiry about why shipment is not moving and gave till today for a picture refund.
Immediately got respond and refund.
This is what was said.
Hi David,

I'm so sorry about these delays. I got very sick. I had 3 soaps batches fail. All orders have shipped except Kulfi and Chocolate orders will ship on Tuesday.

I can't ship your order as you requested on Monday. I'll go ahead and issue you a refund.
