I can tell you that Mumtaz is very pleasant and a pleasure to use.  There is a certain richness to this scent that makes it appealing.  Perhaps it is those incense-like notes that Mo makes reference to. I like the smell off the puck but the scent opens up a bit more upon lathering. This one is a winner for me.

Ok, not only am I awaiting the Angel aftershave but I'm wanting the Mumtaz, too. Because Mumtaz is a soap that I'm not usually sure what to pair with as the aftershave -- I've tried a few but have been going with a cedar/sandlewoody DR Harris Marlborough but it's really not exactly right. The Marlborough, however and to no surprise, does, however, go great with the GD Cedarwood.
