Mo, you are such a class act and the shave I had yesterday with Kairos 4.7 was just outstanding!! Extreme slickness, protection, cushioning and post shave feel. I used my Sailor on the 4 setting with a Tungsten 74 blade and I had an amazing 2.5 pass BBS that lasted 14-15 hours with no stubble growth! This Kairos base is going to put all other soap makers on blast!!

I've been using a sample of Kairos 3.3.  The lather is great and the post shave is wonderful.  This one stands out from all the other GD bases the most to me.  I can't wait to see what the final version is like.

I just shaved with Aion this morning and with Kairos 4.7 a few days ago - both are incredible.  While applying the Aion lather this morning I was wondering if the term "lather" does it justice.  Its so much more than that.  Its everything you want a lather to be. Luscious, rich and thick with great slick and cushion and those other words reviewers use to describe a first rate lather.  Kairos 4.7 is a very soft soap so I scraped a little out and smeared it onto the bottom of my lather bowl - Captain's Choice copper (heavy) while Aion is a little firmer so I lathered off the puck.  I found both Kairos 4.7 and Aion to be pleasantly and mildly scented off the puck and very, very mildly scented in lather.  Now that's my own subjective perception and experience has taught me that sometimes a scent that I can barely perceive overpowers another person (eg. my wife) so I'll say that what scent I can pick up is pleasant and leave it at that.

Muhammad, thank you for making these very fine shaving soaps.  Its through the efforts of yourself, and artisans like you that my daily shaving routine has been transformed into a very pleasant experience putting me in a very positive frame of mind to start my day. 

Just finished shaving with Kairos 4.9 and it is absolutely ridiculous!!
Protection, cushioning and slickness are literally off the charts!! I did not use pre or post shave products and my face feels wonderful and it keeps getting softer and softer as time goes by after the shave.
I had been using 4.7 last week and received my sample of 4.9 Saturday after I shaved with 4.7 that morning. My sample of 4.7 arrived very soft like a true cream but I let it sit for a day and it hardened up a bit. This new 4.9 sample has about the same consistency of the first sample I got that was 3.3.
I just talked to Mo and he is finished with the samples and is now working on the final product which will be a hybrid of 4.7 and 4.9.
I am so excited for the final product and I can honestly say that I will be buying multiple tubs of both scents of Kairos that he releases in the coming weeks.
In my personal opinion, this soap is going to change the entire shaving soap industry! It’s THAT good!!

I hope some unscented options remain in the 3 main production bases moving forward. Fingers crossed!

I have been lucky to test several versions of Mo's Kairos and he has definitely listened to all his beta testers and adjusted his formula accordingly to come up with what hopefully should be his final version. I gave him the pros and cons of each version I tested. After shaving with v4.9 all I can say is, wow, the slickness is through the roof combined with a dense and thick lather that gives the perfect glide, cushion, protection and post shave. Combine that with Mo's pre-shave and you're in for a double treat. I wasn't sold on the previous versions but Mo was determined to make it work and as it stands I'm a buyer.
